A legitimate criticism of the MVB blog is that is says the same things again and again. Another would be, "it's not original," borrowing from other authors and domains. "I can live with that."
A major part of success is showing up, day after day, putting in the work. As Spurs Coach Gregg Popovich says, "don't skip steps." "Pound the rock" until it breaks.
That's a theme in Season 3 of The Bear, too. Keep going.
It's a long offseason. What separates those who get to the top of the mountain from the others is will. Many have talent, athleticism, and skill. But fewer maintain the attitude to push though. "It takes what it takes."
