Impactful players don't have to be 'the brightest star' or the most celebrated. Teams need major contributions from the supporting cast, not just the leading ladies.
When you go up a level (HS - College, D2 - D1, LM - MM, P5 - NBA), you often go from being a top 2-3 player to playing a role.

The 4th most important player may not be the 4th most talented player, but if they impact winning, they play more than the player who can only score.
The Celtics would not have won Banner 18 without giant contributions from Jrue Holiday and Derrick White.
Be 'the guy' that Coach Scott Celli needs on the floor to impact the game whether as a blocker, attacker, defender, server or the players who practice hard daily to make everyone better.
