The team on the court on September 4th won't be 'the same' as the one at the end of the season. The players might be the same but the coordination and execution won't be.
Resolve to be better each practice. Have specifics to work on - fundamentals (e.g. platform, footwork), skills (serve placement, passing), and more.
Commit to be physically and mentally better.
