Cuba's Mireya Luis was one of the greatest volleyball women of history. She led the Cuban National Team to three Olympic Gold medals.
How tall was she? 175 cm or about 5'9". She practiced jumping as a child "picking fruit" out of trees. She was estimated to have a vertical jump of 42 inches.
