Coaches understand that every player wants respect and consideration. They hear you. 

They cannot be all things to all people...but work to assure:

• Everyone gets coaching.
• The twelfth player knows she has as much team ownership as the top.
• Everyone knows the game plan.
• Everyone is on the same page about team philosophy and concepts.
• The team is motivated.
• The team is prepared for every opponent. 
• The team is put in position to succeed.
