Making Plays

Great coaches have a "keen sense of the obvious." Coaches want their teams to be playing their best and doing that consistently.

Part of that is getting the best players and combinations of players on the court as often as possible. When fouls (basketball), rotations, or injury prevent that from happening, frustration magnifies.

Some players have a 'mercurial' capacity to deliver great moments or great angst.
