Find ways to 'speak greatness'. Communication is coach to player, player to player, coach to coach. Don't 'throw away' opportunities to make a difference.
1) "You can do this."
2) "I believe in you."
3) "Thank you."
4) "We're in this together."
5) "Next play." Don't let a drop of blood become a gusher.
