As player or coach, what's your leadership strategy? Only you can answer for you.
1) Model excellence. Become your best version.
2) Inspire. Add value. Earn followers. Get buy-in.
3) Communicate with specifics and clarity. Stay on message.
4) Give respect to get it.
5) Speak greatness. "Good job AND" is better than "good job BUT..."
6) Recruit from within and develop relentlessly. Talent wins.
Lagniappe. Every strong MVB club had solid blocking. Strong players will "get theirs" but you have to make them earn it.
