The Show Goes On

Each day stands alone. In basketball, there's a saying that "turnovers bleed into defense." The volleyball equivalent is that serve receive problems bleed into offense.

Melrose and Reading have history. The last time Melrose didn't win a Middlesex League volleyball title (2006), Reading beat Melrose in a controversial five set win. 

In 2005, Reading had posters of a pair of Melrose players with targets on them. That didn't work.
