Dream big. Work bigger.

Shoveling snow builds upper body strength. Snow is opportunity.

Build muscle strength with body weight exercises.

Build jumping ability with lunges, pogos, box jumps (wall jumps), and work both legs with single leg exercises.

Your court time, role, and recognition next season are your responsibility.
