Fundamentals - Build Your Base and Balance

Phase 3 of training in physicality (remember skill, strategy, physicality, psychology).

Think footwork, balance, maneuvering speed as discussed by legendary coach Pete Newell.

Train two AND one leg exercises. You are not as good as you think. Work on footwork, balance, jumping, upper body strength, lateral quickness. YOU define you.
