"Standing along the edge of the sea, a man catches sight of a young woman who appears to be engaged in a ritual dance. She stoops down, then straightens to her full height, casting her arm out in an arc. Maybe it's a warmup. Or a drill. Or film review. You have two choices - do it because it has to be done or attack it because it's there to make you and the team better.
Practice only makes a difference if you care enough to make a difference.
