I've never met anyone exceptional in any discipline who thought they knew everything. Curiosity and openness shape "growth pathways."

Lifelong learning is a skill.

Study great teams, great coaches, and great players. Detroit's Dan Campbell is a great leader. Study his "313" program.

• Don't beat yourself. "Mistakes kill dreams."
• Have answers for key situations.
• "Finish strong." 

Excellent teams in all sports live these qualities.
