1) As a player what are your volleyball values? They should transfer to home and to school.
2) Are your values consistent with your behavior? To be the most prepared player - that means more than skill acquisition, strength and conditioning. It includes proper nutrition, sleep, post-practice and post-game recovery, resilience training.
