MVB Greats Are Great Athletes

The third leg of the four legs of the development stool is physicality.

Strength, power, quickness, and conditioning allow you to do what others cannot. Exercise builds muscles but also builds confidence.

Squats and lunges should be a regular part of your training. 
Goblet squats are another important exercise.
