"Steal Something Great"

Once I was flipping channels and saw a scene in a black and white movie. I told myself, "I've seen this movie, but not this movie." The film I glimpsed was "La Femme Nikita" (1990) and what I had seen was "Point of No Return," a 1993 remake.

Remakes and sequels often lack the originality and emotional impact of the first. Coach Pete Newell said of copycat coaching, "The copy is seldom as good as the original."

Here's a post from LinkedIn, from Human Performance Expert, Dr. Fergus Connolly, whose books are exceptional.

This is an excerpt:

You can't artifact your way to culture change.

Beliefs inform values.
Values shape attitudes.
Attitudes drive behaviors.
Behaviors produce artifacts.

MVB doesn't need culture change. Thrive by sticking to the standards and principles that you know and believe in.
