Gratitude

Everything won't go our way. Having a gratitude practice adds value by helping create a joyful life.

Disappointments are real. Gratitude helps to limit their impact.

Harvard professor Shawn Achor advises having a "gratitude journal" to write down three gratitude items nightly. Review them every few weeks to reflect.
