A famous baseball coach, Tommy Lasorda, once said, "There are three kinds of people - those who make things happen, those who watch things happen, and those who wonder what's happening."
Less than two months ago, some of you were probably in the "wonder what's happening" camp. Fourteen games into the season, plus scrimmages and the PlayDay, you've evolved. You are not the same fresh-faced wannabes.
Enjoy your weekend off. Refresh and reflect. Commit to returning to school Monday, expecting to make things happen.
