Here's the final play of the Woburn match:  

• Sadie is serving...the "stretch serve" gives that away.
• Anna makes a great dig, followed up by Sadie doing the same
• Ella and Emme make a great save keeping the ball alive
• Emme blocks the middle and Woburn has to scramble
• The hitter has an impossible angle...not attackable...at best a roll shot might keep the play alive
• The defensive effort "scramble" gets rewarded
• "Great offensive is multiple actions. Great defense is multiple efforts."
• Dani is off the bench a millisecond later 

Success follows "attention to detail" played possession by possession. Early digs and a late block wins this possession. 

The bench is always engaged...there's a "dancer" on the bench...when Ella and Dani switch, the playing leaving "spins off." 

Video training tips:

1) Enlarge whenever possible. 

2) Scan at high speed (1.5 to 2x normal)

3) Attention to detail at slowest speed (0.25x normal)

4) Watch for anticipation, execution, and recovery (back into position) after making plays
