Today is the most important day of your life. Until tomorrow.
"Be on time." On time is early.
"Cross the red line." When you step onto the court across that red line, be totally engaged.
"Listen." Show the coaches that you are coachable. When they correct your elbow position on hitting, do it better the next time.
"Talk." Communicate. Call the ball. "Mine" or "Yours."
"Always do your best." Your best today might not be your best ever. Your best today might not be the best ever. But when you give your best, all the time, you have no regrets.
