Servant leadership implies purpose impacting growth, community, influence, and stewardship.
Actions have consequences. Consider how your decisions and actions impact the team. Long ago in the state championship game, an opponent's star player was unavailable, possibly for violating team rules. Be accountable to your teammates. Know what you want and go for it.
