Simon Sinek asks, "what's your WHY?" Southwest championed being "the low cost airline." Eleanor Roosevelt asked how individuals helped others in need. MasterClass provides suggestions.

Dan Pink, author of Drive, emphasizes that key components of motivation include autonomy (self-determination), mastery, and purpose. 

Servant leadership implies purpose impacting growth, community, influence, and stewardship. 

Actions have consequences. Consider how your decisions and actions impact the team. Long ago in the state championship game, an opponent's star player was unavailable, possibly for violating team rules. Be accountable to your teammates. Know what you want and go for it.
