Competition is tough. Volleyball differs from other sports because a net separates a team from its opponent. But successful teams bring the same 'toughness' mindset to the battle. 

Melrose travels to South Deerfield today to face Frontier Regional. 

This is the Bostonian's guide to the road trip. 

Frontier went on the road to Nantucket in their opener and hosts the Lady Raiders in their home opener. 

Last season Frontier spiked Melrose 3-0 led by an opening set comeback. Melrose looks to leverage experience and added firepower in the rematch. 



Every team defines itself by its pursuit of signature wins. A strong performance sparked by playing in the moment offers that opportunity.
