The mainstream perception of ‘good coaching’ is screaming at players, no joking around and no fun on the floor. A lot of coaches, players and fans view fun and hard work as an ‘either, or’.

Everyone seeks sustainable competitive advantage.
There's an old saying:
Play smart.
Play hard.
Play together.
All true, all are great advice.
Savor the moment, the experience, your time with friends and teammates, and your youth. Play with joy.
