Melrose hosts Winchester in a battle of perennial powers. Melrose looks to remain undefeated in the Freedom Division and Winchester is always among the Liberty Division leaders.
The teams have many similarities:
- Experienced coaches with proven track records
- Fundamentally solid teams
- Size...Both teams generally have good if not elite size.
- Strong schedule. Winchester's non-league schedule this season includes Weston, Barnstable, Lynn Classical, and Andover.
