Few pregame speeches stand the test of time. Preparation beats speeches. The best pregame speeches inspire players and remind them of who they are and what they must do (identity and performance). 

A few coaching speeches are legendary. I can't share all of them (this is a family show).

Kurt Russell's "Miracle" speech (from Herb Brooks) is one.  

Believe in work.

 

Believe in your teammates.

 

Believe in your coaches.

 

Believe in preparation.

Believe in yourselves.
