• Serve / serve-receive
• Pass / set 
• Attack / block / dig

Nobody executes any skill without errors. And the best players make the most reliable and accurate reads/decisions, leading to consistent execution. Then average performance across all six positions and you separate top teams from lesser ones. Decisions and skill translate to the math.
