What does being a leader mean to you? Whether a captain or not, choose to lead. 

Lead by example. Model excellence. 

Lead by habits. Our actions are habits. Every action is a vote for the kind of person we want to be. Readers read. Workers work. Leaders lead. 

Lead by sharing. Be the best sharer. "Follow me." When you're "The Voice," others talk more, too. When you dive on the floor, you energize teammates. When you play with calm and maturity, others follow.
