Viktor Frankl wrote one of the classics in history and psychology, Man's Search for Meaning in the wake of World War II. He extended Freud's principles about life, consisting of three components - relationships, work, and suffering. Frankl survived six years in Nazi concentration camps and experienced immeasurable suffering.
Every volleyball season will bring adversity. You cannot predict when or where, whether internal or external. You have to prepare for it with your "COTE of armor" - confidence, optimism, tenacity, and enthusiasm.
