What separates 'execution'?
- Personnel (who's on the field or in the classroom?)
- Strategy (what's the intent?)
- Operations (results are in the details)
The author argues to study:
- Structure
- Concepts
- Tendencies (do they attack middle, pins, setter dumps, pipe?)
- Anticipation (what comes next of what if?)
