Excellence follows the painstaking work of preparation. Most people want to win but aren't driven to prepare. Coach Knight won three National Championships as a coach at Indiana and won another as a player in 1960 at Ohio State.
Become consistent to become a bigger contributor.
Understand what loses games. Mistakes such as poor communication, flawed decision-making, "ball watching," and lapses in concentration are all "under your control."
