What's on your volleyball checklist? Too many and you may not get it done. Too few and you omit key steps.
What's on your volleyball checklist?
1) Know four structural improvements - skill, strategy, physicality, psychology
2) Build flexibility, strength, power, and endurance. Have a workout schedule and specific exercises, repetitions, and sets.
3) *Train for greatness, make everyone around you better.
4) Find workout partners to shift the productivity curve to the right.
5) Track progress. "Winners are trackers." - Darren Hardy, The Compound Effect
Checklists increase productivity and accuracy.
