Disagree without being disagreeable. "I look at the problem this way and here's why."
Differences of opinion arise and leaders resolve them. People, strategy, and 'operations' compete for priority.
Who plays?
Should we attack more from the middle, the outside, back sets, back row hitting? How should we serve - aggressive or safe?
How do we allocate practice time - individual skill building, team drills, scrimmaging?
Players don't have to make those choices. They're lucky they don't.
