I recently published this piece on "whatever it takes" including a video with jump exercises from Coach Jiri.
I bought a medium tension resistance band (shown in the video) from Amazon and tried several of the exercises. Fortunately, there were no Wile E. Coyote moments.
- Spanish squat
- Hip extension
- Backward lunges
- Forward jump with resistance
The exercises were challenging but manageable and low impact. Here's a quick link to the video.
