Four Middlesex League teams are riding impressive winning streaks. Melrose travels to Burlington tomorrow as both teams look to preserve theirs.
Burlington is among the Maxpreps.com Division 2 top twenty. It's valuable to look 'inside the numbers.' Hingham lost to highly rated Duxbury in the South. Medway lost to last year's D2 State Champion, Hopkinton, now in Division 1. Medfield lost to Medway and perennial Division 1 champion Barnstable, but also defeated Hopkinton. Longmeadow lost to Frontier, whom Melrose defeated earlier. Danvers only defeat came at the hands of Hamilton-Wenham.
