Practice doesn't hold state secrets. The game is an "open source" domain. If I spent an hour with Warren Buffett and he explained all of his beliefs about investing and his process, that won't make me a great, or even good investor.
In this post, I explain why I believe in 'practice transparency'. FWIW, parents seldom came except for the final few minutes (i.e. for pickup).
