2006 - Tsongas Arena. D2 Sectional Final. Melrose Girls' basketball versus Masconomet 22-0. Final score, Melrose 68 Masconomet 54.
2022. Duxbury High School. Elite 8, equivalent to Sectional Final. Melrose 18-4 versus Duxbury 22-0. Final score, Melrose 3 Duxbury 1.
2023. Canton High School. Elite 8, equivalent to Sectional Final. Melrose 19-3 versus Canton 22-0.
