Mr. Benoit taught us, "ecoutez et repetez." Listen and repeat. "Repetition makes reputations."
Athletes tell coaches, especially after mistakes, "I know. I know." Coaches think, "if you know, then why do you keep doing it wrong."
1. Repost plyo strength and conditioning video. You don't need a lot of expensive equipment to do tuck jumps, skips, and bounds. You can 'load' yourself with a few heavy books for some others.
2. Work out with a partner. Have you done it yet? Drag a teammate into that upper ten percent.
3. Be a tracker. Track baseline measurements (e.g. jump touch). Track how often you work out. Track the elements of your workout.
If you want to be great, train to be great. The accomplished players from MVB's past all did the work.
