Melrose's 2015 squad earned a signature win 25-19, 25-18, and 25-16 over Massachusetts' fifth ranked team, dropping AC from both the undefeated and unscored upon.
It was back to the future, duplicating the 2003 D2 North final where unheralded Melrose subdued a 22-0 AC team that had not lost a set.
