Senior Night gives the volleyball community a chance to celebrate the careers of players who have given four years to the program. Don Norris preserves the moment. I just put up a representative sample from his collective genius.
Does anyone have any questions? Raise your hand...

Volleyball Update
Rankings:
Maxpreps: 19
Boston Globe: No new rankings up.
On Maxpreps.com, Melrose's opponent tomorrow (away), Lincoln-Sudbury is at 6. A good opportunity for Melrose to have excellent competition and hopefully make a statement.

Essence
Don Norris shows us the essence of Melrose volleyball with a shot of Maeve Moriarty and Amanda Commito, presumably with Maeve's sister Maggie on Senior Night.
Home Stretch: A Season in Pictures*
Volleyball season flies by every year. Growing up, most players can only dream of undefeated seasons and playing for a championship. Heck, if I cried ever game I lost as a kid, I'd have died of dehydration. Celebrate not only the destination but the journey - the effort, attitude, dedication, persistence, sacrifice, and sharing.
As always, sometimes you need to click the photographs to see the entire frame (working on that). I am trying to limit the captions, but sometimes I can't help myself.
Enjoy the stretch run, the bus rides and team meetings, pasta parties and floor burns. Be assured that your families, your friends, and the community supports you all the way...and know that tears wash away the sorrow so that you can see the joy ahead.
Teacher's pet...
