Opportunity to show skill, teamwork, and the ability to impact winning arise in practice, at scrimmages, and variably during the regular season. When you impact winning at practice and scrimmages, more chances follow in games. Yes, there's "pressure" to perform. That's no different than in school or at work and sometimes at home.
