Nobody regrets doing their best. Sometimes it's not good enough, because the other team wants to win, too.
At the end of every workout, every practice, every study session, every game, if you can truthfully say, "I did my best," that's being a competitor.
Lagniappe. It's all about you and the ball. A consistent toss is essential. Have a plan.
