Countdown to Home Opener

The Melrose Lady Raiders open up their season Friday September 7, 2007. As of this writing, it remains to be seen whether the game will be played at the Marcoux Gymnasium or the new Middle School Gym.

Workers are putting the finishing touches on the Middle School. In the background, you can see the new gym, with the memorial jersey (17) of Ray Rocha, who worked for Cantor Fitzgerald and died in the 9/11 Twin Towers tragedy.
