Melrose travels to The Taj MaHigh School tomorrow to face the Newton North Tigers. Newton's new high school came with a cool 197 million dollar price tag, Olympic swimming pool, two theaters, and other assorted goodies. Coach Richard Barton always has a tall and talented team which is among the best in Division I. According to Maxpreps.com, Newton North finished 18-2 last season, and ranked 21st in Massachusetts.
TIME CHANGE. The Lady Raiders opening regular season match (Sept. 8) at home versus Belmont will be a 4:00 Varsity start.
Here are updated rosters. The freshman roster is not finalized.
