This week we'll find out the MVB 25 player leadership. The process comes as close as possible to certainty. 

What type of leader do you want to be? What words do you want about your brand? Here are a few I'd want: 

Trustworthy 

Selfless (team first) 

Relentless (work)

Resilient (mentally tough)

Here's a line to consider from the immortal Bill Russell, "My ego depends on the success of my team."
