Habits

Some of you may have heard Admiral McRaven's graduation address to the University of Texas. He starts by discussing the importance of making your bed. Metaphorically, that represents taking care of business and organizing your life.

You've seen the condition of the Japanese locker room after the World Cup - spotless.

And you've heard the story of the New Zealand All Blacks rugby team which advises, "sweep the sheds" meaning take care of the locker room.

Some of you have heard of Hippocrates, 'the father of medicine' and his alleged first rule of medicine, "do no harm." Often that comes secondary to taking care of your work instead of leaving it for others.

LeBron and the US team took care of business, winning the U.S.'s 17th basketball gold medal.
