Don't Be a 'Know-It-All' . Be a "Learn-It-All'.

About 6-7 percent of people who ever lived are alive today. That means much of the collected wisdom is not available from anyone we meet.

Extract more wisdom by studying the dead - Ben Franklin, Leonardo Da Vinci, the Wright Brothers, Marie Curie.

Excerpt:

Don’t sit around and think what to do, do it. “Resolve to perform what you ought; perform without fail what you resolve."

If in search of great biographies, read Walter Isaacson's books about Franklin or Leonardo da Vinci.

Bonus question: "What rhetorical technique does Franklin use in the bolded quote above?" Hint, "ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country?"

Lagniappe. Take care of your knees.
