Coach Scott Celli has sent along updated career leaders. Prior to 2005, matches were best of three sets, 30 points per set. So a three set match would result in less than 90 points (usually 60 as Melrose was good then, too).
Long-term Melrose fans know the names and how the game has evolved with higher volume of outside attacks and generally higher quality of overall play.
Leah Fowke reached fourth among single season kills leaders, tied with the esteemed Brooke Bell.
Sadie Jaggers reached number six in single season kills leaders and number five in total career kills. Sabine Wenzel is not far below the top ten.
