I valued the many years spent as a basketball assistant coach and the opportunity to work with helpful assistants (Lynley DeAmato, Victoria Crovo, Steve Karampalas) as a head coach.
Melrose is fortunate to have a group of experienced assistants who help with player development, strategy, and physical training. Exceptional leadership produces elite culture, the environment surrounding the team. And culture can be fragile if players or coaches have their own agendas.
