Compete. Some of my fondest memories coaching aren't victories, but seeing our girls give great effort against superior teams. Be worthy competitors at all times. We lost to Andover (some of those girls played on a State Champion last year) by four. The Andover parents told the girls they competed hardest of any team they played. That's memorable.
Connect. You write your story. Clarify to everyone watching that you know your intended destination. Get people on board with you.
