Roster Reset

Player development and roster reconstruction are core to sustainable competitive advantage. Player and family commitment and sacrifice are a big part of that as offseason volleyball has become commonplace. 

With six seniors on the 2022 roster, the 2023 roster will need refreshing. And don't worry, nobody will feel sorry for Melrose going forward. 

Coach Scott Celli works assiduously to create roster balance to continue a tradition of competitiveness. 

Realizing that nobody has a guaranteed spot year to year, here is a roster reset. Roster construction is neither arbitrary nor accidental. 

Opportunity is out there. Talent and athleticism will compensate for relatively less experience. You may not know some of these young women but you will.
